Honestly, fuck Jason Babin. If you did still like him and don't hate him now, fuck you too.
Eagles re-signed DT Antonio Dixon. Dixon spent his first three seasons in Philadelphia, but was released at final cuts this year because he didn't fit Jim Washburn's Wide-9 scheme. Now that Washburn is gone, the Eagles are bringing Dixon back into their organization for the offseason program. Nick Foles was placed on IR.
Foles stack up very well to other rookie through the history of the NFL
Wow...the nightmare season (after the first nightmare season) continues.....
"I feel really natural on the left side," said Watkins, who played left tackle in college. "It's weird how moving your feet from a lefthanded stance to right feels better." This make sense, consider how many college LTs cant make the transition to RT.
This is the first candidate that comes from a losing team. Also, prepare to deal with a haunting memory.
For all those who didn't want us to pick this guy because he wasn't going to be good in the pro's he's second in tackles 138, has 1 INT, 1 sack and has recovered 3 fumbles. It's moot, I know, he was picked before our pick but wow! What a great rookie season.
In the words of my Great GrandFather; Great Googily Moogily. I knew we had a lot of rook's getting burn, but goddamn that is just slightly ridiculous. If you are a looking-forward kind of fool, I would think that this is greatly encouraging.
If NA is willing to re-structure his current deal, I dont see why we wouldnt want to bring him back. While we would need to scheme around his lack of top end speed, he can still lock down guys if he is allowed to jam receivers at the LOS.
