Patricia

I don't believe adding Matt Patricia to the staff is worth the risk for the harm it may cause us. His resent track record doesn't have much success. IMO he would need to be my def coordinator to balance the risks.

  • Seems to be a culture killer not builder
  • Word is he's a bit of D kinda coach, which is fine if your great but he hasn't shown that
  • A defensive heart and soul guy Slay, can't stand him "as a man"

We shouldn't take chances like this with our culture for a "Senior Assistant". There are a ton of young, bright, coaches around the league itching to move up 1 or 2 rungs on the ladder of responsibility and experience this position would grant them access to. Any one of them would work so hard with an opportunity like this, where as for Patricia (can't even blame him) but its a lifeline job.

Can someone explain the upside I'm missing?
