In the mix to start as a rookie due to the Eagles’ lack of cornerback depth. Someone for Jonathan Gannon to coach up.

KENNY GAINWELL
Not likely to ever be a high-volume player but can be an effective role-player in the backfield. Pass-catching production and juice in the running game.

TRADE CONSIDERATIONS
As a reminder, the Eagles picked up the Miami Dolphins’ 2022 first-round pick in their trade down to No. 12.
The Eagles also own a conditional 2022 second-round pick from the Indianapolis Colts that can turn into a first-round pick thanks to the Carson Wentz trade.
The Eagles acquired Washington Football Team’s 2022 fifth-round pick in exchange for two of Philly’s Day 3 picks (No. 225 and No. 240) this year.
UDFA
The Eagles obviously aren’t done adding to their roster; they’ll be signing more players in undrafted free agency. Philadelphia has been able to find some UDFA contributors in recent years such as T.J. Edwards, Nate Herbig, Sua Opeta, etc. The hope is that Howie Roseman can find more diamonds in the rough.
