Welcome to Day 2 of Bleeding Green Nation’s 2021 NFL Draft live blog! The second night of the draft begins at 7:00 PM ET on ABC, ESPN, and NFL Network. Click here for info on how to watch the broadcast.

This post will have updates regarding draft rumors, surprising picks, trade updates, hot takes, and more, while also serving as an open thread for discussion in the comments. The Philadelphia Eagles are set to pick at No. 37 in Round 2, and No. 70 in Round 3 — originally the team had three picks Friday night, but they gave up No. 84 to trade up for DeVonta Smith in Round 1.

Stay tuned to Bleeding Green Nation for the latest updates regarding Eagles moves and others made around the league.

UPDATES

[9:53 PM] Well, we have a little more time the Eagles are back on the clock thanks to a trade with the Panthers from No. 70 to No. 73 — at least it’s only three spots.

[9:10 PM] There are just a few more picks in the second round, and teams are still trading like crazy! The Giants finally made their pick at No. 50, taking EDGE Azeez Ojulari, and Washington took OT Sam Cosmi at No. 51.

[8:13 PM] There have been a bunch of trades in the 10 picks since the Eagles were on the clock at No. 37. From the NFC East, the Giants traded back (again) from No. 42 and the Cowboys drafted CB Kelvin Joseph at No. 44.

[8:00 PM] The Eagles picked G/C Landon Dickerson out of Alabama — making it their second Alabama player in as many picks so far this draft. I don’t hate the pick, but I don’t love it either. His injury history is concerning, but he’s massive and is someone Jeff Stoutland should be able to really maximize.

[7:33 PM] The Dolphins take the first safety of the draft with Oregon’s Jevon Holland. EAGLES ARE ON THE CLOCK!!!!!

[7:23 PM] Here we go! Day 2! We don’t have to wait long (hopefully) for the Eagles first pick. The night opened with the Jags taking Georgia CB Tyson Campbell following by the Jets picking WR Elijah Moore out of Mississippi.
