Do you want to live where a Super Bowl champion once lived?
If so, that’s now possible.
Former Philadelphia Eagles head coach Doug Pederson’s house — located in Moorestown, New Jersey — is listed for sale on Zillow. After being bought for $1.95 million in 2016, the asking price is listed at $2.7 million.
For that much money, it’s no surprise to see that it’s a really nice-looking place. See below for some images of the property that includes five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and 6,918 square feet.
Here’s Pederson’s home office, which is where he conducted some of his Zoom press conferences from last year. Peep the two Vince Lombardi Trophies:
We knew that Pederson was friends with Brett Favre but we didn’t necessarily know he had his former teammate so prominently featured in part of his home:
I like how Pederson had these jerseys framed ... and has a Super Bowl LII pillow:
I believe that’s a Nick Foles Jacksonville Jaguars bobblehead Pederson has on a table near Foles’ Believe It book:
The house obviously doesn’t come with all the cool stuff Pederson has in it but, still, a pretty nice place to live.
It remains to be seen where Pederson is moving to next. He said he’s leaning towards taking the 2021 season off.
