Before the sixth Sunday of the 2021 NFL regular season kicks off, let’s have some fun by taking a look at the spreads for the Week 6 games. You can CLICK HERE for straight up NFL picks without regard to the spread. You can find all of the NFL betting lines via DraftKings SportsBook.
My overall record so far is 43-37. That’s better than the BGN Community, which is 41-39.
Here are the latest suggestions when trying to beat the odds.
NFL WEEK 6 GAMES
LOS ANGELES CHARGERS at BALTIMORE RAVENS (-2.5): The Ravens are playing with this “Never Say Die” attitude, which is commendable. But they’ve also played with fire. And they won’t have as much margin for error against a very good Chargers team. I like the Bolts outright in this matchup. Justin Herbert and Brandon Staley are a duo worth betting on ... especially when they’re getting points. PICK: Chargers +2.5

MINNESOTA VIKINGS (-2.5) at CAROLINA PANTHERS: Really not buying Sam Darnold; he still stinks. Kirk Cousins is capable of beating mediocre teams and that’s exactly what the Panthers are. PICK: Vikings -2.5

GREEN BAY PACKERS (-6) at CHICAGO BEARS: I’ll believe Justin Fields is ready to outduel Aaron Rodgers when I see it. The production has not come close to justify the hype for Chicago’s starting quarterback. PICK: Packers -6

CINCINNATI BENGALS (-4) at DETROIT LIONS: The Lions fight hard for Dan Campbell but Detroit is just so banged up. It’s hard to fully trust Cincy but they ultimately have more talent and a better quarterback. Seems like the way to lean. PICK: Bengals -4

HOUSTON TEXANS at INDIANAPOLIS COLTS (-10.5): This is a tough one. The Texans have been pretty bad at times but Davis Mills is going off his best game and it’s hardly like Indy is a juggernaut. Carson Wentz’s Colts win but the game is a little closer than this line suggests it could be. PICK: Texans +10.5

LOS ANGELES RAMS (-7.5) at NEW YORK GIANTS: The Rams have a rest advantage in this spot after last playing on Thursday Night Football. They should be able to soundly handle a bad and injured Giants team. PICK: Rams -7.5

Which bet do you like more?
KANSAS CITY CHIEFS (-6.5) at WASHINGTON FOOTBALL TEAM: Washington’s defense has only been slightly worse than the Chiefs’ defense this season. KC’s offense will be able to take advantage of that.

ARIZONA CARDINALS at CLEVELAND BROWNS (-3.5): Funny line on paper considering the Cards are the NFL’s only undefeated team and the Browns wouldn’t even make the playoffs if the season ended today. It’s tempting to take the points but Arizona feels due for a loss and Cleveland might very well be better. PICK: Browns -3.5

Which bet do you like more?
LAS VEGAS RAIDERS at DENVER BRONCOS (-4.5): The Raiders have bad vibes. Jon Gruden resigned in disgrace and the team is 0-2 after their 3-0 start. The struggles could continue here. PICK: Broncos -4.5

DALLAS COWBOYS (-3.5) at NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS: Suspicious line. The Cowboys should be favored by more considering they have one of the NFL’s top offenses while the Pats rank seventh to last in scoring. Is Mac Jones really going to outduel Dak Prescott? PICK: Cowboys -3.5

SEATTLE SEAHAWKS at PITTSBURGH STEELERS (-4.5): Geno Smith is going to shock the world and get an outright win in Pittsburgh. Or at least cover against a suspect Steelers offense. PICK: Seahawks +4.5
