The Philadelphia Eagles are scheduled to play the Las Vegas Raiders in just two weeks, and there’s a lot more unknowns heading into that matchup now that head coach Jon Gruden has reportedly resigned as their head coach.
Expectations are that assistant coach Rick Bisaccia will act as the team’s interim head coach. The Raiders started the year strong with three wins in a row, but collapsed in Week 4 and then lost handedly on Sunday to the Bears, 20-9.
Special Teams coach and assistant head coach. Has spent 11 seasons with Gruden with both the Bucs and Raiders. (Also worked with Cowboys and Chargers) https://t.co/mH4rujT6UP

Things started to unravel for Gruden last week when an email he sent to Washington president Bruce Allen back in 2011 was released revealing racist language toward NFLPA president DeMaurice Smith. The email was part of the NFL’s investigation into Dan Snyder and Co., but was just the first of many in Gruden’s downfall.
Gruden would go on to say that he isn’t racist and just used poor wording, but days later, even more emails from the now-former head coach were revealed in which he used homophobic and disgusting language to insult commissioner Roger Goodell and players and coaches throughout the league.
