Get it? Because most of these dudes they’re hiring are relatively young.

• Head coach Nick Sirianni — 39 years old
• Offensive coordinator Shane Steichen — 35 years old
• Quarterbacks coach Brian Johnson — 33 years old
• Tight ends coach Jason Michael — 42 years old
• Pass game coordinator Kevin Patullo — 39 years old
• Defensive coordinator Jonathan Gannon — 37 years old

So, the Eagles are getting younger. But are they getting better?
