The following seven Eagles players have been ruled INACTIVE: Alshon Jeffery, Jalen Reagor, Rudy Ford, Nate Sudfeld, Jason Huntley, Jamon Brown, and Casey Toohill.
The big news is that Fletcher Cox is ACTIVE despite being ruled questionable on the final injury report. To be determined how much he’ll play and how effective he’ll be after being in a lot of pain after getting hurt last week.
Jeffery, Reagor, and Ford were all ruled out on the final injury report. The Eagles are down to five healthy wide receivers: DeSean Jackson, J.J. Arcega-Whiteside, Greg Ward, John Hightower, and Deontay Burnett. But there might be something wrong with JJAW?
Jalen Hurts is the No. 2 quarterback again with Sudfeld a healthy scratch.
Huntley was active for Week 1 but hasn’t been since.
The Eagles might not trust Brown to play yet since he only joined the team 12 days ago. The Eagles are expected to start Nate Herbig at left guard and Matt Pryor at right guard. Jack Driscoll and Sua Opeta are backup interior options.
Toohill is a healthy scratch after being up last week. This means Genard Avery is back as the fourth defensive end. Gotta justify that bad trade!
Deontay Burnett and undrafted rookie free agent Grayland Arnold are active for the first time this season after being elevated from the practice squad.
