Eagles added a Kobe Bryant memorial to their practice facility

Honoring one of the most prolific fans in team history.

Philadelphia Eagles players reporting to the NovaCare Complex for training camp this week will notice a new addition to the practice facility walls. Alshon Jeffery — who reported to camp early since he’s still working his way back from a Lisfranc injury — showed off the first look at the Eagles’ Kobe Bryant memorial via his Instagram story:

Bryant and his daughter Gianna tragically died in a helicopter crash earlier this year. The Philadelphia native was a big Eagles fan.

As you can see, the memorial features Bryant wearing his Lower Merion High School jersey in addition to his Los Angeles Lakers garb. It also has a depiction of him wearing the customized No. 8 Eagles jersey he wore after giving the team a pep talk back during the 2017 season.

Oh, and “Kobe’s 10 rules” as well.

This mural isn’t the only way the Eagles are honoring Bryant’s memory. Darius Slay previously stated he’s wearing the No. 24 jersey as tribute to one of the best players in NBA history.
