The 2020 NFL Draft is just a little over two weeks away, which feels strange to me. The lead-up obviously hasn’t been the same this year due to COVID-19. But alas, the show goes on, and so does Bleeding Green Nation’s draft coverage.
For this week’s BGN Radio episode, Jimmy Kempski and I played a game where we snake drafted the Philadelphia Eagles’ most likely selections at No. 21 overall. Listen to that and much more by [CLICKING HERE TO PLAY] or streaming the show below:
SHOW TOPICS
- The Eagles reportedly started “actively shopping “ Alshon Jeffery one month after guaranteeing his 2020 salary. What’s to make of that? And how is this situation going to play out?
- The significance of Jim Schwartz having so much personnel influence.
- GAME: Drafting the Eagles’ most likely first round picks. Jimmy starts off with a chalk selection first before I take Jalen Reagor. We each make four more selections from there. How would you rank YOUR top five most likely Eagles first round picks? (Again, we’re talking likelihood, not personal preference.)
- Does Justin Jefferson actually make sense for the Eagles at No. 21? Running through the case for and against.
- Is Denzel Mims a viable first round pick? He says the Eagles are interested in him.
- Can the Eagles really afford NOT to go wide receiver in the first round? Doesn’t that just entirely telegraph their second-round pick?
- The most likely non-wide receivers to be taken by the Eagles in the first round. Don’t dismiss Howie Roseman’s draft history.
- Jimmy goes over his Matt Pryor and Genard Avery breakdowns. Does Avery really have any value to this defense?
- Jimmy and I talk about the video games we’re playing during quarantine. Jimmy has an insane take on one he’s playing. Which games are you playing?
- Showing some love to local restaurants by shouting them out. Get involved in the conversation on Twitter with #BGNEats!
- Final thoughts and more!
