The 2020 NFL Draft is just a few hours away and it seems teams are already gearing up for some roster changes — including the Eagles.
San Francisco 49ers’ WR coach Wes Welker said that the team is trying to find Marquise Goodwin a “good home” and him being traded is something that could happen this weekend.

BLG noted earlier this week that Goodwin could be a veteran receiver that the Eagles make a move for:
Marquise Goodwin could be a name to watch if the Eagles strike out on drafting a speedy receiver. The San Francisco 49ers have made it known he’s available.
The 29-year-old wideout is heading into his 8th season in the league, after spending the past three years with the Niners. Goodwin finished the 2019 season on IR with what Kyle Shanahan called chronic knee and ankle injuries. During his three seasons in San Francisco, Goodwin had 91 catches for 1,543 yards (16.9 average) — though, just 12 catches for 186 yards in 9 games last year. Goodwin is signed through 2021 and carries a $3.95 million base salary in 2020.
