Eagles Injury Report: Miles Sanders limited in practice

Thursday’s update.

NFL: Philadelphia Eagles at Dallas Cowboys Tim Heitman-USA TODAY Sports

The Philadelphia Eagles issued their second official injury report on Thursday in advance of their meaningless Week 17 game against the Washington Football Team.

Eight players DID NOT PRACTICE: Fletcher Cox, Derek Barnett, DeSean Jackson, Dallas Goedert, Jordan Mailata, Jalen Mills, Shaun Bradley, and Richard Rodgers.

Cox, Barnett, Jackson, Goedert, Bradley, and Rodgers are on track to miss Sunday’s game. Mailata might have a chance if he progresses through the concussion protocol in time. Mills is definitely out since he was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list.

Four players were LIMITED: Miles Sanders, Quez Watkins, Michael Jacquet, Duke Riley.

Sanders is reportedly “fine.” The Eagles should play it extra safe and just not play him.

Watkins was upgraded to limited. Hopefully he can play on Sunday. Same for Jacquet.
