Before the sixteenth Sunday of the 2020 NFL regular season kicks off, let’s have some fun by taking a look at the spreads for the Week 16 games. You can CLICK HERE for straight up NFL picks without regard to the spread. You can find all of the NFL betting lines via DraftKings.

My overall record so far is 117-103-4 after going 11-4-1 last week. The BGN community is 109-111-4 after going 8-7-1 last week.

Here are suggestions when trying to beat the odds.

NFL WEEK 16 GAMES

ATLANTA FALCONS at KANSAS CITY CHIEFS (-11): How could anyone possibly take the Falcons? Even if they get out to a big lead, they’re guaranteed to blow it. And how could anyone possible bet against Patrick Mahomes? PICK: Chiefs -11

NEW YORK GIANTS at BALTIMORE RAVENS (-10): Daniel Jones is back but one has to wonder just how healthy he is. Probably not healthy enough to keep up with the Ravens’ rejuvenated offense. Baltimore badly needs this game as they try to stay alive in the AFC playoff picture. PICK: Ravens -10

CHICAGO BEARS (-8.5) at JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS: The Bears’ season looked lost but now Chicago can make the playoffs by winning out. Mitchell Trubisky is shockingly playing well and the Jags are in must-lose position as they try to secure the No. 1 overall pick. The Bears roll in this one. PICK: Jaguars -8.5

INDIANAPOLIS COLTS at PITTSBURGH STEELERS (-1.5): Man. The Steelers just look so bad right now and they’re playing on short rest. Pittsburgh’s defense might be able to win this game with the Colts missing both of their starting right tackles. But it’s just hard to feel great about the Stillers right now. Ben Roethlisberger is looking more cooked than Philip Rivers. PICK: Colts +1.5

CLEVELAND BROWNS (-6.5) at NEW YORK JETS: The Jets won last week but they’re not about to do that twice in a row. The Browns are hungry for a potential chance to win the AFC North for the first time since 1989. PICK: Browns -6.5

CINCINNATI BENGALS at HOUSTON TEXANS (-7): The Bengals beating the Steelers had more to do with Pittsburgh looking bad than Cincy suddenly being good. The Bengals are still pretty listless and the Texans have a much superior quarterback option. PICK: Texans -7

DENVER BRONCOS at LOS ANGELES CHARGERS (-3): I sure like Justin Herbert a lot more than I like Drew Lock. But I can see Vic Fangio cooking up a plan to limit Herbert. I can also see Anthony Lynn being a disaster and botching this game. PICK: Broncos +3

CAROLINA PANTHERS at WASHINGTON FOOTBALL TEAM (-1): Dwayne Haskins stinks and the Washington Football Team has some bad juju going on. Matt Rhule’s Panthers are a scrappy bunch looking to play spoiler. PICK: Panthers +1

LOS ANGELES RAMS at SEATTLE SEAHAWKS (-1): This Rams teams has had weird ups and downs this year. It’d only be fitting for them to beat the Seahawks right after losing to the previously winless Jets. Don’t have a lot of faith in Jared Goff over Russell Wilson but that Rams defense can be really good. PICK: Rams +1

PHILADELPHIA EAGLES (-3) at DALLAS COWBOYS: The Eagles have new life with Jalen Hurts as their starting quarterback. Philly is going to run all over the Cowboys’ leaky run defense. Easy win. PICK: Eagles -3

TENNESSEE TITANS at GREEN BAY PACKERS (-3): Troubling to think what Aaron Rodgers might be able to do to the Titans’ defense. But maybe Tennessee can hide that unit by pounding the rock with Derrick Henry. He’s bound to give the Packer’s run defense some fits. I like the Titans outright in this one so I especially like them with the points. PICK: Titans +3

BUFFALO BILLS (-7) at NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS: Hard to bet against the Bills right now with how hot they look. Also hard to place any faith in Cam Newton with how bad he’s been. There’s a new king of the AFC East. PICK: Bills -7
