The Philadelphia Eagles (4-8-1) are back on the road in Week 15 to take on the Arizona Cardinals (7-6) with Jalen Hurts at the helm.
Eagles’ head coach Doug Pederson announced early in the week that the rookie QB would keep the starting role Sunday, and will be challenged by a tough defense — including former Philly linebacker Jordan Hicks. Hicks has had a career resurgence in Arizona, and in addition to being able to stay healthy in 2019, he had 150 total tackles (11 TFLs and 7 QB hits), 3 interceptions, 2 forced fumbles, and 1.5 sacks.
The Cardinals are currently behind the Rams and Seahawks for the NFC West, and the Eagles are behind the Football Team and Giants for the NFC East. With three weeks left, each team will need to win out to compete for a spot in the playoffs.
Darius Slay was ruled out for the Eagles as he continues to work through the concussion protocol, and with Avonte Maddox placed on IR this week, the secondary is looking for a lot of young players to step up against Kyler Murray and what can be a dynamic offense.
Here’s everything you need to know about how to watch the game.
