This matchup between the Philadelphia Eagles and Dallas Cowboys feels pretty straightforward to me.
The Cowboys have the NFL’s worst defense. The Eagles aren’t going to struggle to score, especially with Dallas Goedert and Jalen Reagor returning.
The Cowboys have been abysmal on offense since Dak Prescott got hurt. Their offensive line is going to really struggle to protect rookie quarterback Ben DiNucci, who is making his first career start. Pay attention to Brandon Graham going up against undrafted rookie free agent right tackle Terence Steele. That one could get ugly for Dallas.
To be honest, the Eagles aren’t good enough to warrant a ton of confidence in them achieving a blowout win. But the Cowboys are that bad enough to justify such a scenario.
And thus I have the Eagles winning this game more comfortably than most are probably comfortable predicting.
