The Philadelphia Eagles will be sporting their all-black uniforms for their Thursday Night Football game against the New York Giants this week. The team announced as much on Wednesday morning:

The history of the Eagles wearing their black jerseys against the Giants is one that bodes well for Philly.
Take a look:
2014 — Eagles beat Giants, 27 to 0 (first shutout win in 18 years)
2015 — Eagles beat Giants, 27 to 7
2016 — Eagles beat Giants, 24 to 19
2018 — Eagles beat Giants, 25 to 22
2019 — Eagles beat Giants, 23 to 17 (overtime)
Of course, the magic isn’t just in the black jerseys. The Eagles have pretty much dominated the Giants no matter what they’ve worn for some time now. The Birds are 20-4 in their last 24 meetings with their NFC East rivals from New Jersey.
We’ll see if the Eagles can make it 21-4 on Thursday night.
