The Philadelphia Eagles are set to kick off their 2019 NFL regular season schedule on Sunday afternoon with an NFC East rivalry game against the Washington Redskins. Football is finally back!

It comes as no surprise that the Eagles are HEAVY Week 1 favorites; they have one of the most talented rosters in the league. Not to mention a potential MVP candidate starting at quarterback for them in Carson Wentz.

Washington, meanwhile, arguably has the worst starting quarterback in the league in Case Keenum. His supporting cast has only been weakened, too, with the absences of starting left tackle Trent Williams (still holding out) and tight end Jordan Reed (concussion).

On paper, at least, it looks like the Eagles should comfortably beat Washington. But we all know things don’t always go as expected in the NFL. The Eagles need to avoid buying in to the hype they’re getting and prove themselves on the field. It’s time for this team to prove they’re for real.

Here’s everything you need to know about how to watch the game.
