Former Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Chris Worley took to Twitter on Wednesday afternoon to complain about his former employer. He’s since deleted the tweet but here’s a screenshot:

It’s currently unclear what Worley means by this because he did not expand further.
The Eagles originally signed Worley to help the team fill training camp reps and preseason snaps back on August 19. He appeared in two preseason games with the Eagles before getting waived during final cuts.
The Eagles did not specify that Worley was waived with an injury settlement. It’s also unclear when Worley got hurt.
Worley’s tweet is interesting because former Eagles players have not been shy to criticize the team’s medical staff in the past. Jordan Matthews once said he had “two really bad diagnoses” while playing for the Eagles. In December 2018, Emmanuel Acho went on a rant about how the Eagles’ staff is “suspect.”
The Eagles made changes to their medical staff for the second year in a row earlier this offseason. It remains to be seen if the changes are helping, though, considering how the team has already suffered a number of injuries early in the 2019 season.
Not to mention yet another former player publicly complaining about the Eagles’ medical handling.
