The Philadelphia Eagles are playing a football game tonight! A preseason football game, that is.
The Eagles are scheduled to face the Jaguars on the road in Jacksonville. Kickoff is set for 7:00 PM Eastern. (Note that’s 30 minutes earlier than last week’s start.)
It doesn’t seem like we’ll see much of the Eagles’ starting players tonight. With Carson Wentz likely out and Nate Sudfeld injured, it’s Cody Kessler who’s projected to start at quarterback with Clayton Thorson set to come on in relief duty. Things could get ugly out there but hopefully it’s funner than expected.
Also, let’s hope the game doesn’t get delayed by rain because no one needs to be staying up until midnight to watch Thorson fail to hit wide open targets.
LET’S DO IT!
