No Eagles training camp practice today but here are some things to pass the time

New, comments

And on Sunday, the team rested.

NFL: Philadelphia Eagles-Training Camp Bill Streicher-USA TODAY Sports

The Philadelphia Eagles are NOT practicing today. Instead, the team is enjoying their first scheduled rest day since originally reporting to the NovaCare Complex in South Philly back on Wednesday, July 24.

The Eagles will return to the field tomorrow and they’ll practice every day until their next scheduled rest day: Friday, August 2. I’d imagine they’ll have at least one day of live tackling this week. Here’s an overview of their upcoming schedule:

MONDAY, JULY 29

9:15 AM - Practice begins

11:10 AM - Doug Pederson and Carson Wentz press conferences after practice, players available on field and in locker room

TUESDAY, JULY 30

9:15 AM - Practice begins

11:30 AM - Jim Schwartz press conference after practice, players available on field and in locker room

WEDNESDAY, JULY 31

9:45 AM - Practice begins

11:15 AM - Mike Groh press conference after practice, players available on field and in locker room

THURSDAY, AUGUST 1

9:15 AM - Practice begins

11:55 AM - Doug Pederson press conference after practice, players available on field and in locker room

FRIDAY, AUGUST 2

Players day off. No media availability.

Here’s some BGN reading/listening material to pass the time until tomorrow’s practice.
