Malik Jackson was not happy about Le’Veon Bell’s Instagram post

Another day, another social media beef.

The Eagles‘ offseason program just started on Monday but things are already getting fiesty on social media between new Philadelphia defensive tackle Malik Jackson and new Jets runing back Le’Veon Bell.

It all started when Bell posted a video on Instagram from a Steelers-Jaguars matchup from the 2017 postseason.

Jackson posted a comment on the video:

Jackson also posted a video of his own, including the caption, “Come on lame ass @leveonbell don’t just show a snippet show the truth. And this in only half the video. Check the link on my bio for the sound”

Bell tried to clarify that the video he posted wasn’t an effort to make Jackson look bad — but, in the age of social media beefs, it’s hard to think he didn’t know it might get some push back.

“For whatever reason Malik Jackson took my post as if I’m tryin to make him look bad and that’s not the case at all,” Bell wrote, according to ProFootball Talk. “Look, bro, I respect your game. We all know y’all won that game, you played well in that game too so I’m posting this too. I’m all positive vibes this way bro.”

Intentional or not, you’ve got to assume things could get pretty chippy when the Eagles host the Jets during the 2019 regular season.
