Carson Wentz, Eagles players welcome Jordan Howard to Philly

Plus, one very cool shout-out by former teammate, and Chris Long’s brother, Kyle Long.

The Philadelphia Eagles finally made a move at running back and traded for Jordan Howard, giving up only a conditional pick in the 2020 NFL Draft (either a fifth or a sixth) to the Chicago Bears for the 24-year-old rusher.

Some of Howard’s new teammates took to Twitter to welcome him to the family:

Howard’s former teammate, and Chris Long’s brother, Kyle Long gave his stamp of approval for Howard as a player and guy.

And there’s one guy who isn’t quite celebrating the move, but rather giving his official goodbye to Philadelphia. From Jay Ajayi’s official Instagram account:

The Jay Train is leaving 30th Street Station.
