Shhhh....it's the Quiet Mock Draft Philly 2019

Shhh, no talking please....

The Quiet Mock Draft

Resign

- Jake Elliott, K

- Brandon Graham, DE

- Ronald Darby, DB

FA

- Malik Jackson, DT

- Zach Brown, LB

- LJ Fort, LB

- Blake Bortles, QB

(All were released players that don’t count against the conditional draft picks, but correct me if I’m wrong)

Release

Shelton Gibson, WR (waste of space)

Trade

2020 4th, Josh Adams, & Jalen Mills for Jordan Howard & 2019 5th

- rumors are that the Bears want a 3rd for Howard but the highest they were given was a 5th. Eagles can take advantage of this, especially with the fact that they’ll most likely get some conditional picks for their FAs next year.

Draft

1: Jerry Tillery, DT from Notre Dame

 • sorry ya’ll, Wilkins and all the other DTs you all love will most likely be gone by the 25th pick. I also believe Adderley will be the first safety taken off the board. So what next? Tillery has been one of most under appreciated DTs in this draft. PFF loves the hell out of him. Even rates him in their top 5-10 ish players in the draft. I also happen to agree and believes he is BPA here at this spot.

2: Chauncey Gardner-Johnson, S from the University of Florida

 • absolute stud and playmaker, CGJ will make a difference on whichever team drafts him. He started off slow in Florida, but became one of the most improved players in time.

2: Darrell Henderson, HB from the University of Memphis

 • I’m not a big fan of Jacobs nor any of the other RBs in this draft. Except...Henderson and Sanders. I believe Henderson can be that difference maker in a RB that we are all drooling for.

4: Tytus Howard, OT/OG from Alabama State

 • listen, some of ya would like an OT early, but obtaining a dynamic player like Howard will be a major improvement. With Peters and Big V taking snaps at LT, this allows Howard to dip down into OG while Brooks is gone.

4: Chuma Edoga, OT/OG from the University of Southern California

 • another player who could play both OT and OG. Edoga may drop due to poor interviews, but I only care about his tape. Like Howard, he can switch from either position and learn both routes.

5: LJ Collier, DE from Texas Christian University (From Chicago)

 • Collier is an underrated player who absolutely dominated in the senior bowl. He’s got some Trent Cole-ish to his game. He's a fantastic pass-rusher with some motor. Just watch his tapes and tell me otherwise.

5: Preston Williams, WR from the University of Colorado

 • Williams was suppose to be a 1st rounder before his off-field incidents. Getting no combine invitation, Williams status will continue to drop down the draft. But no doubt can you question his ability to play. He gave Florida a hard time when he played against them, showing me his ability to play tougher opponents.

6: CeCe Jefferson, DE from the University of Florida

 • an absolute monster against he run, Jefferson, a former 5 star recruit didn’t live up to his hype. However, he has played tremendously adding pressure and having an amazing knack for the ball.

UDFA:

- Matthew Pyke, C from the University of Memphis

- Tyree St. Louis, OG from the U

- Ty Summers, LB from Texas Christian University

- Ken Webster, DB from University of Mississippi
