The news is in that Nick Foles has opted to pay his way into free agency, and now we wait. We wait to see if the Philadelphia Eagles try to tag Foles and deal him, and we also wait to see how his landing spot impacts the rest of the league. The rumors on where he could end up are already flying.
Wherever he goes, it’ll have a butterfly effect on the rest of the league, especially concerning the 2019 NFL Draft. Speaking of which, how is the quarterback class shaping up? To be honest, it’s not looking great. In 2018 five quarterbacks were selected in the first round. You’ll be hard pressed to find a sure-fire top 10 pick from the new group.
We discuss those prospects on The QB Scho Show #12 and we also dig into the futures of Tom Brady and Jared Goff after some more Super Bowl wrap-up. Brady has said that a sixth ring doesn’t change anything for him. Does he play forever? There are reports that the Los Angeles Rams would consider ultimately moving on from Jared Goff. Do those have any validity or is it reactionary click-bait?
Check out our thoughts on all that on The QB Scho Show #12 with myself and Mark Schofield by listening on the media player below or by clicking here if the player doesn’t load. New to podcasts? Check out our guide on how to listen to BGN! FLY EAGLES FLY!
