The 2019 NFL Combine officially begins next week on Tuesday, February 26. It’s that time of year where we get to hear from the upcoming NFL Draft prospects and watch them run around in tights.
The NFL Combine isn’t just a significant step in the lead up to the NFL Draft, though. It also serves as a significant precursor to NFL free agency. Head coaches and executives from all 32 teams will be together in Indianapolis next week. This means we’re bound to hear some rumors about trades, free agent signings, etc.
We’re also bound to hear from coaches and executives during their press conferences. Eagles head coach Doug Pederson and Howie Roseman will both address the media next Wednesday, February 27. Roseman will be at the podium at 12:30 PM ET before Pederson follows him at 12:45 PM ET. Bleeding Green Nation will have a post where you can stream the press conference videos live.
This media availability session marks the first time since right after the 2018 season ended in mid-January that we’ve heard from Howie and Doug. They’re bound to be asked about a number of topics such as the PhillyVoice report on Carson Wentz, the team’s plans to potentially use the franchise tag on Nick Foles, the status of impending free agents like Brandon Graham, and much more.
If you have any questions for Roseman and/or Pederson, leave them in the comments below. BGN’s Alexis Chassen is going to be on the scene in Indianapolis so she’ll do her best to ask them.
Here’s a complete media 2019 NFL Combine media schedule.
