Previewing the Super Bowl with Turf Show Times

Two days from now the Los Angeles Rams and New England Patriots will lock horns in Super Bowl LIII. It’s our duty here at Bleeding Green Nation podcasts to get you prepared for the big game.

To help you get ready for the game, I brought on Joe McAtee aka 3k, the managing editor of Turf Show Times, to preview the game from the Rams perspective! The first question I had for 3k was how he felt about the infamous Nickell Robey-Coleman no-call for defensive pass interference in the NFC Championship Game. Has the fan base been able to put it behind them? Surely it’s easier for Rams fans than it is for the New Orleans Saints’ fans, right?

We also discussed the match-ups between Bill Belichick and Sean McVay along with Tom Brady and Jared Goff. Will the Patriots avoid their historical Super Bowl trend of first quarter struggles? Can Goff be trusted in a boat race? What does extra attention for Aaron Donald mean for the rest of the defense? Are the Rams done being a run funnel defense?
