UPDATE: It’s an ankle injury for the cornerback.

Early during the third quarter against the Cowboys, the Eagles had a second cornerback get injured: Jalen Mills took a seat following what looked like a right leg injury. Mills was originally able to leave the field under his own power, but went straight into the medical tent, and Sidney Jones checked in.

Mills was eventually carted back into the locker room.

Ronald Darby left the game early in the second quarter with a hip flexor and was quickly listed as questionable to return — and hasn’t, yet. So, without Mills, the secondary is relying on Sidney Jones and Rasul Douglas.

Later on the same drive, defensive tackle Fletcher Cox tried to grab Dallas running back Ezekiel Elliott, and ended up lying on the field after grabbing his right elbow. Coming out of the half, Cox had heating pads wrapped around his elbow, and seemed to bang it on Elliott’s helmet. He was evaluated in the medical tent, but quickly returned to the field.
