Eagles fan confidence drops for fourth week in a row, but that could soon change

The latest FanPulse results show that Philadelphia Eagles fan confidence has dropped for the fourth week in a row:

Not exactly surprising considering how much the Eagles’ offense has struggled since Week 9. It’s been painful to watch.

On the bright side, fan confidence seems poised to rebound in the near future. The Dallas Cowboys’ Thanskgiving loss combined with an Eagles win over the Miami Dolphins this week will have Philly fans feeling better.

Speaking of the Eagles’ Week 13 opponent, their fan base is actually more confident. Miami’s confidence meter is at 68% while the Eagles are only at 45%.

The difference here can be explained by Dolphins fans giving up on the 2019 season and instead looking ahead to the future. Such is the nature of a tanking team.

The Eagles better not lose to a team that’s not really trying their hardest to win.

Elsewhere in the NFC East, the Dallas Cowboys are in panic mode. And this graph doesn’t even include reaction to their most recent loss to the Buffalo Bills:

The Cowboys’ fan confidence rating will soon be even lower than the 11% (third lowest in the NFL) it was prior to Thanksgiving, especially if the Eagles win this weekend. You really hate to see it.

Even moral victories aren’t really satisfying the New York Giants’ fan base at this point in the season. They’re tied with the Cowboys at 11%.

Washington still ranks dead last at 2%.
