With a lot of wind in Buffalo, the Eagles were committed to the run game, and Sanders was having a hell of a game.

Mid-way through the third quarter, Sanders had registered 3 carries for 74 yards and a touchdown, plus 3 catches for another 44 yards — and then he was seen making his way to the locker room.
Not long after that, Jordan Howard had a big carry to move the sticks, but signaled he need to come off after the play. With Sanders in the locker room and Howard dealing with something (arm injury?), Boston Scott got his moment to shine with a run into the end zone, putting the Eagles up 24-13. Fortunately, Howard was able to get back on the field just before the fourth quarter.
