Now that the NFC Championship Game is over, it’s time for the AFC Championship Game between the Kansas City Chiefs and New England Patriots. Winner goes to Super Bowl LIII.
The Chiefs are three-point favorites in this matchup. The Patriots defeated KC when these two teams played earlier this season but that game was in Foxborough. Now it’s the Chief who have home field advantage.
It goes without saying that Philadelphia Eagles fans should be rooting for the Chiefs in this one. I don’t understand being bitter about Andy Reid at this point. The Eagles won the Super Bowl last year in part due to Reid’s significant influence on Philadelphia’s franchise.
Even if you’re not on board with rooting for Big Red, I don’t understand how you could be rooting for the Patriots. They’re detestable cheaters and them being in the Super Bowl is just boring. We’ve already seen it before.
