Just in case you forgot, the Philadelphia Eagles are reigning Super Bowl Champions.

IT’S HERE!!!

For years, the rafters of Lincoln Financial Field have donned many NFC and NFC East Champions banners over the years, but the collection hasn’t had a new addition since 2013, and was missing a gigantic reminder that the Philadelphia Eagles won a Super Bowl.

Ahead of Thursday’s 2018 regular season opener, the team unveiled their new banner in all of its glory — and in front of one of the teams they beat last season on their way to winning the Lombardi Trophy.

(And then the heavens opened and the angels sang.)

As much as everyone talks about moving on and putting the Super Bowl win in the past, that’s never really going to happen. We can focus on 2018 and start with an 0-0 mindset, but the celebrations will continue — even if its just a small fist pump when walking past the “Philly Philly” statue on the HeadHouse Plaza at The Linc.

The 2017 Eagles team was something special, but they return most of their starters, and the 2018 squad has it’s own energy to be excited about.

LET’S GO!!!!!
