PHILADELPHIA EAGLES (2-1)
The reigning Super Bowl champs boast the most confident fans out of all 32 SB Nation NFL team sites with a 97% confidence rating. Eagles fans have every reason to feel good with the team sitting at 2-1 and Carson Wentz showing encouraging signs in his first game back from injury.

The Eagles entered the season with a 97% confidence rating. That figure “dropped” to 93% after losing to the Bucs but rebounded with the Eagles beating the Colts.
The Eagles can continue to inspire confidence by beating the Titans this weekend. NFL odds have the Eagles as four-point road favorites. BGN FanPulse results, meanwhile, show that Eagles fans believe their favorite team is going to win by an average of nine points. Titans fans disagree with that sentiment; Music City Miracles FanPulse results actually have Tennessee favored by two.
WASHINGTON (2-1)
After losing at home to the Colts in Week 2, Washington managed to soundly beat the Packers in Week 3. As a result, Washington fans are the second most confident bunch in the division.

Washington has a bye this weekend before going down to New Orleans to play the Saints in Week 5.
NEW YORK GIANTS (1-2)
Giants fans were feeling pretty bad after losing to Dallas in Week 2 but now they’re doing better after beating a winless Texans team. Big Blue View’s FanPulse results show the second biggest boost in confidence rating this week.

The Giants will host the Saints at MetLife Stadium this Sunday. Giants fans think they’re going to lose by an average of one point. Saints fans from Canal Street Chronicles, meanwhile, are predicting New Orleans to win by an average of eight points.
DALLAS COWBOYS (1-2)
Last week, I made fun of Cowboys fans for thinking their favorite team’s season was saved because they were able to beat a crappy Giants team. Blogging The Boys’ FanPulse results showed that Cowboys fans expected Dallas to march up to Seattle and win by an average of six points.
That didn’t happen. The Cowboys lost to Seattle, 24-13. Dak Prescott predictably continued to struggle. Prescott’s struggles have BTB questioning if he’ll even be their starting quarterback next year. There’s a reasonable amount of doubt about it.

FanPulse results show the Cowboys suffered the biggest drop in confidence rating heading into Week 4. The Cowboys have the second lowest overall confidence rating at 6%. Only the 0-3 Arizona Cardinals rank slightly lower at 5%.

NFL odds have the Cowboys as standard three-point home favorites over the Lions this weekend. Cowboys fans are taking Dallas to lose by an average of one point, though. Detroit fans expect their favorite team to win by an average of six points.
It’d be pretty great to see the Cowboys drop to 1-3. At the same time, Eagles fans shouldn’t want them to lose TOO much. Need to keep Prescott and Jason Garrett around as long as possible to keep Dallas mired in mediocrity.
