The Philadelphia Eagles are back tonight for the fourth and FINAL game of their 2018 NFL preseason schedule. Meaningless football games are almost over!
Tonight’s game will be especially unimportant since both the Eagles and New York Jets likely won’t be playing their starters or key reserves. Get ready to see a lot of players who won’t even make NFL rosters this year instead.
One of the only things that makes this game watchable is getting to see players compete for the final spots on the 53-man roster. Tonight’s game is the last chance to impress before final cuts are due by 4:00 PM ET on Saturday, September 1.
So here’s hoping the young guys look good and everyone manages to avoid injury. And even though this game means nothing, I wouldn’t mind a win since it would mean the Eagles going 1-3 in the preseason instead of 0-4. No team that has gone winless during the summer has ever won the Super Bowl, after all!
Here’s everything you need to know about how to watch tonight’s game.
