Philadelphia Eagles franchise quarterback Carson Wentz is one of four cover athletes featured on Sports Illustrated’s 2018 NFL season preview.

Am I the only one who can’t help but only see “SON WENTZ” when I look at the text of his name going across his body?
In any case, cool to see Wentz getting this treatment. Just another reminder that he’s kind of a big deal!
Wentz also appears in the background on the other three covers featuring Deshaun Watson, Andrew Luck, and Richard Sherman. Out of those, he’s most visible on the Luck cover.

Wentz’s performance this season is undoubtedly one the biggest story-lines in the entire league. It’ll be interesting to see how he follows up a near-MVP season in 2017 as he fights his way back from ACL/LCL injury.
As of right now, we don’t officially know exactly when Wentz will return to the field. But when he does, and if he’s any bit as good as he was last year, teams better watch out for the Eagles once again.
