We already saw the Philadelphia Eagles’ official Twitter account troll the New England Patriots with a 41-33 reference ahead of the “Super Bowl rematch” preseason game tonight.
Now some players are joining in on the fun.
Eagles starting left guard Stefen Wisniewski shared the following post on Twitter:
That’s the most beautiful blank space I’ve ever seen pic.twitter.com/gJb33WvPQ0

It is funny how it looks like the Patriots were saving a space for a Super Bowl LII banner. Unfortunately for them, they won’t be receiving one of those. It’ll be located in the rafters of Lincoln Financial Field instead since, you know, the Eagles defeated the Patriots in the Super Bowl.
Eagles starting cornerback Jalen Mills followed Wisniewski’s lead but added his own little touch to the empty space.

Some may think the Eagles are being too petty but I strongly disagree. People were EXTREMELY petty about the Eagles not having a single Super Bowl win for DECADES. Now the Eagles are champs and they deserve to gloat as much as they want. I reserve the same right.
