If you read my Eagles-Patriots preseason game preview from earlier today, you’ll see that I called for the Eagles to find a way to troll their opponent. I’m happy to report the Eagles didn’t leave their fans hanging. Just look at this picture:

At first glance, it may seem like nothing. The Eagles’ official Twitter account always posts pictures of player jerseys in the hours leading up to the game.
But a close observer will realize it’s no coincidence the lockers for these two players, undrafted rookie free agent safety Jeremy Reaves and journeyman cornerback De’Vante Bausby, are lined up next to each other. They combine to form 41 and 33.
As you very well know, that’s the score of the game that took place between the Eagles and Patriots earlier this year on February 4. You know, the game where THE EAGLES WON THE SUPER BOWL.
Strong work here.
Any further Eagles trolling from here on out will make the night even better. But with at least this accomplished, it’s safe to feel satisfied.
(But still run the Philly Special tonight, Doug Pederson.)
UPDATE: Great job by Wis.
