The Philadelphia Eagles have off today for the first time since players reported to the NovaCare Complex last week on Wednesday, July 25.
It’s a much-needed break for the defending Super Bowl champions, who have been grinding real hard in the hot summer sun over the past four days.
Camp is only bound to get tougher after today’s day of rest. The Eagles will have a live tackling practice when the team returns to action tomorrow, Tuesday, July 31 (9:15 AM ET start time). Things are about to get a lot more physical.
The Eagles don’t have off again until this Saturday, August 4. Then they’ll hold their first open training camp practice at Lincoln Financial Field on the evening of Sunday, August 5.
Even with no practice today, BGN will still have plenty of off-day coverage for you. And here’s a Twitter feed to keep up with any updates that may take place.
