Malcolm Jenkins uses signs, not words, to respond to reporters asking him about Eagles’ cancelled White House visit

A powerful moment in the Eagles locker room.

The media crowd surrounding Malcolm Jenkins’ stall in the Eagles’ locker room today was one of the biggest scrums I’ve ever seen. A large portion of about 75 reporters from outlets big and small gathered around to hear one of Philadelphia’s most well-spoken athletes respond to the Eagles’ cancelled White House invitation.

But despite being peppered with questions, Jenkins did not utter a word on Wednesday afternoon.

Instead, he decided to hold up signs detailing information about social injustice for everyone to see. He then posted these signs on his own official Twitter account.

Here’s a video version of what this looked like.

Just like his statement on Tuesday.
