Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there. Especially to Doug Pederson, the raddest dad in the NFL. Whatever checklist you have for such a title, he checks the boxes.
Former player
Doug Pederson played in 10 seasons, longer than all of his head coach peers except for Frank Reich, who he literally bossed, and Mike Vrabel, who did not win the Super Bowl last year. During his time in Green Bay, where he won a Super Bowl and became best friends with Brett Favre.
He won the dang Super Bowl
Not just won it, but won it with a backup QB against Bill Belichick and with the ballsiest play in the history of the Super Bowl.
He’s got the dad outfit down pat
