On behalf of the Bleeding Green Nation staff, we hope that you’re all having a pleasant Memorial Day weekend as we take time to remember the fallen heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country.
It is because of these brave men and women that we are able to enjoy moments like the Philadelphia Eagles winning the Super Bowl.
Speaking of that, a number of this year’s world champions expressed their gratitude via social media.

Feel free to use this post today as an open thread to spend time together. If you’d like, take a moment to express your thanks to those who are no longer with us.
Programming note: the Eagles are back at work tomorrow, May 29 with another OTA practice open to the media. Stay tuned to BGN for complete coverage.
