One of the best parts about the Philadelphia Eagles winning the Super Bowl this year is that they’ll get to rub their Vince Lombardi Trophy in the face of their division rivals, the Cowboys, at the 2018 NFL Draft hosted in Dallas.
It’ll be a glorious moment when NFL commissioner Roger Goodell announces the Super Bowl champions’ pick at No. 32 overall.
Making the moment even better is that there will be a designated section for Eagles fans to make their presence known at AT&T Stadium.
“We’ll have sections all over the stadium for all 32 teams, and it’ll be like a competition between all the teams and their fans,” former Cowboys executive Gil Brandt told The MMQB.
Dallas fans surely have the home field advantage at this year’s event, but doesn’t mean Eagles fans won’t invade Cowboys territory and take it over. We already saw that happen during the 2017 season when Philadelphia beat Dallas in November by a final score of 37 to 9.
I have no doubt that Eagles fans will have a strong presence at this year’s NFL Draft. They’ll do a great job of reminding everyone who won the Super Bowl this year.
They’ll also make Drew Pearson regret taunting Eagles fans at the record-breaking NFL Draft in Philadelphia last year.
dont think i forgot about you Drew Pearson, April 29 2017.
