The 2018 NFL Draft is tonight, and for the ninth straight year the Philadelphia Eagles enter it with a 1st round pick. This year they will be drafting 32nd overall. You may be wondering why they will have to wait to so long to make a selection. The answer is simple.
The Philadelphia Eagles won the Super Bowl. When you win the Super Bowl, you draft last.
Some teams will draft very early because they were very bad.

Some will draft in the middle of the 1st round because they were just okay.

Others will draft late in the 1st round, but not 32nd overall, because they did not win the Super Bowl.

However the Eagles won the Super Bowl, so they will draft 32nd overall. That’s what happens when you win the Super Bowl.

They could trade back and allow another team to draft 32nd. But until that happens, the Eagles will be on the clock at 32nd overall, because they won the Super Bowl.
Hope that clears up any questions you might have. Go Birds.
