A few weeks ago, Jason Peters posted a video of Carson Wentz slinging footballs around the Eagles’ locker room. Wentz was sitting on his butt while throwing.
Now we have a new update. On Monday morning, the Philadelphia Eagles’ starting quarterback posted a video of himself throwing inside the Eagles’ indoor practice facility at the NovaCare Complex.
As you can see, Wentz is throwing while standing now, although he’s still wearing a knee brace.

Hmm, Wentz posting this video on the same day it gets reported that the Eagles are playing the Vikings in Week 1?
Is that more than just a coincidence?
No way to know for sure.
But we DO know that Wentz is working hard as hell to make sure he misses as little time as possible in 2018 as he recovers from a torn ACL and LCL. He is now three months and nine days removed from when the injury first occurred on December 10.
The Eagles should obviously be in no rush to play Wentz if he’s not ready, but once he IS fully recovered, it’ll be great to see him back.
Wentz was fantastic last season. The Eagles figure to be in good hands for a long time with this guy as their franchise cornerstone:
