The 2017 NFL Draft was held in Philadelphia and was a huge hit. One of the highlights of the event was Drew Pearson announcing the Cowboys’ second round selection. Entering the stage to a chorus of boos, Pearson gave it right back to Eagles fans as he was fired up announcing the pick.

It was good fun and helped seal the event as a massive success for Philadelphia. But now the tables have turned.
The 2018 Draft is in Dallas, and the Eagles are the defending Super Bowl champions. It seems Eric Allen will be announcing a pick, or if he isn’t scheduled to, he just did a hell of an audition tape.
dont think i forgot about you Drew Pearson, April 29 2017.

The Eagles don’t have a 2nd or 3rd round pick from the Carson Wentz and Ronald Darby trades, though no one would be surprised if Howie Roseman finds a way to pick one up in a trade between now and then. If not, we’ll have to wait until at least the 4th round for the gesture to be returned. It should be worth the wait.
