Heading into their Week 15 matchup against the Rams, the Philadelphia Eagles had some of the least confident fan in the entire NFL. A surprising upset victory in Los Angeles has clearly changed the outlook.
SB Nation’s latest FanPulse show that the Eagles saw the BIGGEST boost in fan confidence out of all 32 teams this week. The Bleeding Green Nation fan confidence rating has jumped up from 18% to 67%. Here’s what that looks like in graph form:

As you can see, fan confidence hasn’t been this high since the Eagles were on their Week 9 bye.
Confidence will only continue to soar if the Eagles can manage to beat the Texans this week. For what it’s worth, Houston’s confidence rating is only at 65% despite the fact Houston has won 10 out of their last 11 games. Fans from Battle Red Blog are actually predicting the Eagles to win by an average of one point.

Some other interesting notes from this week’s FanPulse results include how the Rams had the inverse reaction to Eagles fans. Turf Show Times experienced the biggest DROP in fan confidence. They were at 82% heading into Week 15 but now they’re down to only 49%. It’s the first time all this they’ve been this shook:

The NFC East FanPulse results are also pretty interesting. The Cowboys only need one more win OR one more Eagles lost to officially clinch the NFC East but Dallas fans aren’t feeling good. Their 38% confidence rating ranks THIRD in the division!
Eagles - 67%
Giants - 40%
Cowboys - 38%
Washington - 20%
How epic would it be if the Cowboys lost out and the Eagles won out to clinch the NFC East? Kamu Grugier-Hill’s comments suddenly wouldn’t look so silly ...
