The NFL has flexed the start time for the Week 11 game between the Philadelphia Eagles and the New Orleans Saints at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, according to a report from Josh Katzenstein of The Times-Picayune.
The November 18 game was originally scheduled for a 1:00 PM Eastern kickoff but now it’ll be pushed back to 4:25 PM instead.
This news comes following the Saints’ big 45-35 win over the previously undefeated Los Angeles Rams on Sunday. The league is now looking to highlight the Saints in their matchup against the reigning Super Bowl champion Eagles.
Week 11 is going to be a real tough challenge for the Eagles. The Saints look like the team to beat in the NFC, and maybe even the entire NFL.
One “advantage” the Eagles will have working in their favor is they’ll be wearing their midnight green home jerseys thanks to a bet Doug Pederson won against Sean Payton back during the offseason.
