It was a rocky start and an ugly game, but the Super Bowl Champion Philadelphia Eagles found a way to win. Starting the game down 19-3 in the 2nd quarter, the Eagles were able to outscore the New York Giants 22-3 from that moment on and finish with a close 25-22 win.
Myself and Brandon Lee Gowton (may he forever reign) broke down the win in our recap show on BGN Radio, highlight all of the ups and downs and what this means for the Eagles’ playoff hopes for the rest of the season. Although they’re still in the race, was this performance enough to inspire any kind of confidence for the future?
Plus, I gave my thoughts on this report concerning our franchise quarterback Carson Wentz, who apparently is clutch again.
#Eagles QB Carson Wentz has impressed in his return from an ACL/LCL injury. But one person with knowledge of his rehab explained why he's only scratching the surface in his recovery. He's not there yet. pic.twitter.com/LP03zFLE7C
