The Philadelphia Eagles announced they’re wearing their all-black alternate uniforms for their Week 12 home game against the New York Giants.

This marks the second consecutive home game the Eagles will be wearing their all-black attire. The Eagles wore their alternates when they lost to the Dallas Cowboys back in Week 10. So naturally it makes sense to break them out for another big division game!
The Eagles are only permitted to wear their alternates twice per season so this will be the last time we’ll see them in black. Philadelphia only has two regular season home games at Lincoln Financial Field remaining after Sunday: a Week 13 Monday Night Football matchup against the Washington Redskins and a Week 16 battle versus the Houston Texans. If the Eagles somehow come from behind to win the NFC East, they’ll have at least one home playoff game.
