The Philadelphia Eagles officially announced the inactives list for their Week 8 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
The following seven players have been ruled OUT: Darren Sproles, Sidney Jones, Corey Graham, Nathan Gerry, Nate Sudfeld, Jordan Mailata, and Matt Pryor.
There are no surprises here. Sproles, Jones, Graham, and Gerry were all ruled out on Friday’s final injury report. Sudfeld, Mailata, and Pryor are all depth players.
The good news for the Eagles is that Haloti Ngata IS active for the first time since Week 4, as expected. His return is a boost for Philadelphia’s defensive line situation. The Eagles were previously very thin at defensive tackle.
Rookie defensive end Josh Sweat is active, as expected, with Derek Barnett now out for the season. It’ll be interesting to see how much playing time he receivers now that he’s been moved up in the rotation.
Special teams contributor D.J. Alexander is officially back after missing a few games.
Undrafted rookie cornerback Chandon Sullivan is active for the first time in his career after being called up from the practice squad earlier this week.

Jacksonville Jaguars Inactive List
With D.J. Hayden out, the Jags are officially without three of their top four cornerbacks. They’re down to their third string option at slot corner.
Hayden is the only one of the four Jags players who were arrested on Saturday who’s inactive for Sunday’s game. And that’s clearly due to injury, not punishment; Hayden was ruled doubtful on the final injury report.
